About Megan

Hi! My name is Megan Whitaker. I have had some past sales experience, in addition to a lot of customer service work. I am a Johnson County, Kansas, native. I graduated from Shawnee Mission West high school, class of 2010.

My hobbies include doing artsy things, particularly drawing and painting. I love photography. I also love making clothes and jewelry. I love to laugh and joke around. Another one of my hobbies is writing. I love to write jokes and skits in my free time. I think it would be cool to be a stand up comedian but I am kind of shy. Memes are another great way I thoroughly enjoy getting a laugh. I run a meme page on Facebook. I love to exercise, mainly from doing things like swimming, hula hooping, bike riding and other physical activities. I fully enjoy movies and music. I love concerts and music festivals. I love to camp and be outside as well.

I also love to read a lot. I have been studying astrology for 10+ years. In addition to other studies such as: Chinese face reading, palmistry and numerology. I am currently teaching myself the art of feng shui. To which I plan on using in real estate agent arsenal for assisting my future clients and their needs. I absolutely love learning and will always be a forever student.

I take my fiduciary responsibilities towards my clients very seriously. I am a very honest, intelligent and a loyal person, naturally. I am practical, resourceful and a good communicator. I am a brilliant negotiator with a shrewd business sense, while remaining personable and relatable. I will go above and beyond what is expected of me for my clients, getting them the best deals I possibly can. I am extremely hard worker and will not rest until the job is done.
